CRM data enrichment from sales calls

Your CRM fills itself from what the buyer says.

The short answer

CRM data enrichment fills the blank fields on a company or contact record with facts you can verify. Axelize reads the finished call, finds what the buyer said about their company and role, writes it into the empty fields, and cites the transcript line behind every change. Nothing is guessed from a database.

A Canva record with employees, location and a contact's job title filled from a call, each tagged with the time of the transcript line, beside that transcript.

What it gives you

Company size, funding, industry, location and the tools the buyer already pays for are read off the call. A contact's title, email and phone are filled the same way.

Each new value points back to the line of the call it came from, so you can check the buyer really said it before you rely on it.

Axelize fills blanks. A field you already filled changes only when the buyer contradicted it on the call, and an email address is never replaced.

A line from a call, about six thousand people mostly in Sydney, and the company record fields it filled: employees and location.

How it works

  1. A finished call transcript with three facts about the buyer highlighted: job title, company size and city.

    The call is read

When a call linked to a company or a contact ends, Axelize reads the transcript for facts about the buyer's company and role.

  2. A prompt saying the call answers three blank fields, with an Enrich data button.

    Gaps are found

It compares those facts with the record and offers to enrich only when a blank field has an answer in the call.

  3. A Canva record with employees, location and a contact's job title filled, each tagged with its call timestamp.

    Fields are filled, with sources

You press Enrich data. Each value lands in its empty field with the transcript line it came from attached.

Frequently asked questions

  • CRM data enrichment is adding missing facts to a company or contact record, such as size, funding, industry or a direct email. Most tools pull them from a database. Axelize takes them from the call itself, so each one is something the buyer said and can be traced to a line of the transcript.

  • On a company: industry, size, funding, location and the competing tools the buyer already pays for. On a contact: name, email, job title, relationship to you and phone number.

  • No. It fills empty fields. A field that already has a value changes only when the buyer directly contradicted it on the call, and an email address is only ever filled when it is blank.

  • Then nothing changes. No change is the normal result for many calls, and Axelize only offers to enrich when the call answers a blank field.

  • Not yet. Axelize keeps its own CRM records, and HubSpot and Salesforce sync are on the roadmap.
