Frequently asked questions
- Can I use Axelize and Gong together?
- Yes. Gong handles the record, the analysis and the forecast. Axelize handles the live moment. They work at different times on the same call, so neither replaces the other.
- Does Axelize connect to Gong?
- No. The two do not share data. Axelize does not read Gong's call library, and Gong does not see what Axelize writes. Each one works from its own copy of the conversation.
- Will a second tool cause trouble in the meeting?
- Axelize adds no participant and records no audio or video. It reads the captions in your own browser tab, so the buyer sees the same meeting they saw with Gong alone.
- Does Axelize work on the Zoom and Teams calls Gong records?
- Not yet. Axelize works with Google Meet. Zoom and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap. Until then, use Axelize on the calls you run in Google Meet.
- Do I still need Gong if I use Axelize?
- If Gong is how you forecast, score calls and coach from a library, yes. Axelize does none of those. If what you really wanted was better answers on live calls, Axelize may be all you need, and the comparison page shows where each one is ahead.
