Integrations

One integration is required: your meeting platform, for the live captions. Google Meet is supported, with Zoom and Microsoft Teams on the roadmap. CRM sync for HubSpot and Salesforce is on the roadmap, so account context can come from records your team already maintains.

The short answer

Axelize needs exactly one integration to work: the meeting platform, for the live caption track. Google Meet is supported, and Zoom and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap. HubSpot and Salesforce sync are on the roadmap, so account context can come from records a team already maintains rather than being retyped. Nothing else is required, and there is no public API.

  • Live Google Meet

Live coaching inside the call, with nothing joining it.

  • On the roadmap Zoom

For sellers who run their demos and discovery calls on Zoom.

  • On the roadmap Microsoft Teams

For sellers whose buyers run on Microsoft 365 and meet on Teams.

  • On the roadmap HubSpot

For teams that keep their accounts and deals in HubSpot.

  • On the roadmap Salesforce

For teams whose opportunities live in Salesforce.

  1. The meeting platform is not optional

The caption track is the entire input. On Google Meet, Axelize reads what Meet already draws in the browser, which is why no bot joins and no audio leaves the call. Captions have to be on.

  2. CRM sync is a convenience, not a dependency

Accounts, contacts, products and files live in Axelize itself, so a solo seller with no CRM has nothing to connect. HubSpot and Salesforce sync are on the roadmap for teams that would rather not retype what their CRM already holds.

Frequently asked questions

Is Zoom or Microsoft Teams supported?
Not yet. Both are on the roadmap, and each has its own page in the list above.
Does Axelize have a public API?
No. There is no published API, no MCP endpoint and no agent-facing surface, and we would rather say so than document endpoints that carry no compatibility promise.
