Every seat gets its own voice profile

Every plan is the whole product. You only pick the volume.

Live suggestions, meeting prep, account research and full transcripts are in every plan. The only thing that changes between them is how many calls a month they cover.

    • A follow-up email and action items after each call
    • Searchable transcripts of your calls
    • A light CRM for accounts, contacts and products

About 390 calls a month. Unused calls roll over.

  • You cannot get a surprise bill

There is no automatic overage. When a month's credits run out, Axelize stops suggesting until you choose to top up. Nothing is charged that you did not click.

  • Every plan is the whole product

No feature is locked behind a higher tier. A bigger plan buys more suggestions a month and a cheaper rate on extra ones. Nothing else.

  • Leaving costs nothing

Cancel in one click. Your meetings, transcripts and CRM records stay readable, and any credits you bought outright stay yours. Adding or changing records needs a plan.

Prices in USD, per seat, before tax. One credit is one suggestion. A failed request is refunded automatically, and unused monthly credits roll over.

The honest version

Four numbers, and where every one of them comes from

Nothing here is a round number we liked the look of. Open the question mark on any of them and you get the measurement, the arithmetic or the paper it came from, including what it does not prove.

+34%
more work handled per hour by the least experienced people, once a live AI assistant arrives
Where this number comes from Not our number, and not measured on Axelize. Brynjolfsson, Li and Raymond followed 5,179 support agents through the rollout of a real-time AI assistant. Issues resolved per hour rose 14% on average, 34% for the least experienced, and barely moved for the most experienced. It is support rather than sales, so treat it as the closest measured evidence that live help hands a newer person the habits of your best one, not as a promise about your pipeline. Brynjolfsson, Li & Raymond, Quarterly Journal of Economics, 2025
1.4s
median, from the buyer's last word to your next line on screen
Where this number comes from Measured end to end on our own calls: the caption lands, the model answers against the account context that was cached before you joined, the line renders beside the meeting. This is the median, not the best case. A long transcript or a slow network pushes the tail past three seconds, and when a request fails the credit is returned automatically, so a slow one never costs you anything.
0
bots in the meeting, and no audio or video recorded
Where this number comes from Axelize reads the caption track the meeting already draws on your own screen. Nothing dials in, nobody on the call sees a participant they did not invite, and no audio or video file is ever created or stored. The text transcript is saved to the account so you can search it later and delete it when you want. That is the whole of what we keep.
$0.80
what one fully coached call costs on Pro
Where this number comes from Arithmetic you can check, not a claim. $100 divided by the 125 calls a 2,000-suggestion allowance covers, at the 16 suggestions a 45-minute call typically uses. It moves with your plan: $1.29 a call on Solo, $0.64 on Scale. Every one of those calls includes the prep brief, the account research, the live suggestions, the saved transcript and the follow-up email drafted afterwards.

In every plan

The whole product, on the cheapest seat

There is no feature ladder to climb. A Solo seat and a Scale seat see the same screens, run the same model and get everything shipped next. The bigger plan only buys more of it.

Before the call

You walk in already briefed

  • A preparation brief written for this specific meeting
  • Automatic research on the account's own website
  • Accounts, contacts and products loaded as live context
  • Everything the last call covered, still attached to the account

During the call

You always have the next sentence

  • The reply itself, written in your voice, ready to read aloud
  • Live call captions read on your own screen, with no bot joining
  • Answers grounded in this account, not a generic script
  • A running transcript you can scroll back through mid-call

After the call

The follow-up is already written

  • Follow-up emails drafted from what was actually said
  • Action items split between you and the buyer, with the quote that triggered each one
  • The full transcript saved to the account and searchable
  • Every feature we ship next, on every plan

About $1.32 a call, and this volume fits inside the allowance, so there is nothing else to pay.

A busy quarter should not force you onto a bigger plan

While you have a plan, add any amount from $5 at your plan's own rate, once, and it lands in seconds. Topped-up credits are only spent after the month's allowance is gone, they stay yours if you cancel, and they expire twelve months after purchase. The same money buys more on a bigger plan, which is the honest reason to move up rather than keep topping up.

  • $50 625 suggestions on Solo
  • $100 1,250 suggestions on Solo

Side by side

The same product, three volumes

The top half is everything that changes between plans. The bottom half is what a month actually costs on each one, top-ups included, so you can see where the line crosses.

Not sure yet

Try it on your own calls before you pay for it

The trial starts when you finish setup and covers the whole product for 14 days or 5 calls, whichever comes first. It needs no card, and there is nothing to cancel: when it ends, you pick a plan or you stop.

How the trial works

  1. Sign in with Google and tell us what you sell. It takes about two minutes.
  2. Add the Chrome extension and open your next Google Meet call.
  3. When the trial ends, pick a plan or stop. Nothing is charged until you choose.

More than the top plan covers?

If your team runs past a Scale allowance every month, or you need invoicing, procurement review or data-residency answers before you can buy, talk to us and we will price it against your actual call volume.

Before you buy

The questions people actually ask

If yours is not here, mail us and we will answer it in one reply rather than book a call about it.

What is one credit?

One credit is one AI-written reply during a live call, the sentence you read aloud to the buyer. A 45-minute call uses about 16 of them. After a call, action items, CRM updates and ICP scores use one credit each, and action items for a very long call use up to five. If a request fails for any reason, the credit is returned automatically. Meeting preparation, account research, transcripts and the CRM itself cost no credits.

What happens when I run out of credits mid-call?

Suggestions stop and Axelize tells you why. Nothing is billed automatically. You are warned inside the extension while you still have credits left, and a top-up applies within seconds, so you can buy more without leaving the meeting.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused monthly credits carry into the next cycle, so a quiet month is not money burned. Credits you buy as a top-up are separate again: they are only spent once the month's allowance is gone, they stay yours if you cancel, and they expire twelve months after purchase.

What is actually different between the plans?

Two numbers: how many suggestions are included each month, and what an extra suggestion costs. Nothing else. Every plan gets every feature, so moving up a plan is a decision about volume, never about access.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from your account settings, at any time. Cancelling never deletes anything. Your meetings, transcripts and CRM records stay available to read, and credits you bought as top-ups stay in your balance. The monthly plan allowance ends, and adding or changing records needs a plan again.

Is there a free plan or a free trial?

There is no free plan. Every plan is the whole product rather than a cut-down tier, so there is no version of Axelize we could give away that would tell you anything useful about it. There is a free trial, and you start it yourself: it begins when you finish setup, covers 14 days or 5 calls, whichever comes first, and needs no card. When it ends you pick a plan from $40 a month, or you stop. Nothing is charged until you choose.

Is the price per user?

Yes. Each seller gets their own plan, their own credit allowance and their own voice profile, because the suggestions are written to sound like the person reading them.

Which meetings does this work in?

Google Meet, with captions turned on. Axelize reads the live captions from inside your browser, so no bot joins the call and nobody on the other side sees anything. Zoom and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap.
