Axelize for enterprise revenue teams
Deploy it across the floor without a security fight.
The short answer
Enterprise rollout of a live-call assistant turns on one question: what leaves the building. Axelize processes the meeting captions the rep has enabled, never joins meetings as a participant, and never records audio or video. What leaves is a text transcript, stored in the EU, that you control and can delete.
What it handles
-
No recording, no bot
Nothing joins the call and no audio or video is captured, so recording policies and voiceprint rules do not apply. Participants should still be told a transcript is kept.
-
Central product and positioning
One library drives what every rep is suggested, so messaging stays consistent across the org.
-
Roll out by team
Extension deployment and account provisioning per team rather than all at once.
What we can actually show you
The numbers, and where each one comes from
Open the question mark on any of them for the measurement, the arithmetic or the paper it came from, including what it does not prove.
- 0
- audio or video recorded, anywhere in the system Where this number comes from Axelize reads the caption track the meeting already renders on the seller's own screen. No media file is created or stored, no voiceprint exists, and nothing joins the meeting as a participant. A text transcript is retained on the account and can be deleted.
- No bot
- appears in the participant list of any meeting Where this number comes from Nothing dials in, so there is no third-party participant for a customer's security team to ask about, and no meeting-bot allowlist to negotiate. Telling participants remains the seller's responsibility and the notice to share is published at /participants.
- One library
- of products and positioning drives what every rep is suggested Where this number comes from Suggestions are grounded in the product and objection records your team curates, so messaging stays consistent across the org and a positioning change reaches every rep on their next call rather than at the next enablement session.

Frequently asked questions
- Is call audio stored anywhere?
- No. Axelize reads the text captions the meeting generates on the seller's screen. Audio and video never leave the meeting.
- How is transcript data retained?
- Transcripts are stored against the meeting record so the account history stays useful, and can be deleted per meeting or per account. See the security page for specifics.
