What to work on

  • The buyer raised 1 objection signals. For each one, check whether you asked a question before you answered.

The short answer

A sales call analyzer reviews a call transcript and shows how the conversation went. Paste a transcript with speaker names, and this tool measures how much you talked, how many questions you asked, your longest monologue, filler words, objections and whether the call ended with a next step. It runs in your browser and is free.

Who it is for

Sellers who want honest feedback on their own calls, and managers who want a quick read on a call without listening to the whole recording.

How it works

  1. Paste the transcript

Use any export with lines like "Name: what was said". Meeting tools and caption downloads work.

  2. Say which speaker is you

The tool reads the speaker names and asks you to pick yours. Everything else is counted as the buyer.

  3. Read the scorecard

Six measures and up to three coaching points, each tied to a number from your own call.

Frequently asked questions

  • A sales call analyzer reads or listens to a sales call and reports measurable behaviours, such as how much each person spoke, how many questions were asked and whether a next step was agreed. It helps a seller or manager see patterns that are easy to miss in the moment.

  • There is no single right number. For discovery calls, a common coaching target is for the seller to speak for roughly half the time or less, so the buyer does most of the explaining. This tool shows your share so you can compare calls.

  • No. The analysis runs in your browser and the transcript is never sent to a server. Close the tab and it is gone.

  • Each line should start with the speaker's name and a colon, such as "Alex: Thanks for joining." Most meeting tools export in this shape. Timestamps before the name are ignored.

  • The counts are exact for the text you paste. Objection signals and next steps are found by matching common phrases, so a quiet objection can be missed. Treat the result as a prompt for your own review, not a verdict.
