Platform
One loop, running during the call
Axelize is an AI sales meeting assistant that reads live Google Meet captions during a call, combines them with everything known about the account, and writes the seller's next line in the seller's own voice.
Axelize writes in the seller's voice. The output is the reply itself, ready to read aloud, not a summary the seller has to reword mid-sentence.
What it does not do
Worth stating plainly, because it is the reason most security reviews clear.
- No bot joins your meeting. Nothing appears in the participant list.
- No audio or video is recorded. Axelize reads Meet's text captions only.
- No post-call scorecards or rep rankings. It is not a monitoring tool.
- No support for Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Google Meet only, today.
Capabilities
Four capabilities, all pointed at the same four seconds.
- Real-time sales call suggestions The next thing to say, before the silence gets awkward.
- AI that writes in your voice Output you can read aloud, not notes you have to translate.
- AI meeting preparation Walk in already knowing their business.
- Account and contact context One record, used by you and by the AI.
Where it runs
Every kind of sales conversation has a moment where the next sentence decides it.
- Live objection handling on sales calls Answer the pushback with something only you could have said.
- AI support for discovery calls The follow-up question you'd have thought of afterwards.
- AI support during product demos No more 'let me check with the team on that'.
- AI support for price negotiation Hold the price, and give them a reason to accept it.
- AI support on cold calls The brush-off is the call. Everything else is the reward.
- AI support for renewal conversations The renewal call is a sales call wearing a friendlier name.
