Introduction
What Axelize is, what it needs to run, and what happens on your first call.
Axelize is a browser extension and workspace that reads live Google Meet captions during a sales call and writes your next line in your own voice. It needs Chrome, a Google Meet call with captions enabled, and an account with at least one product defined.
Axelize sits beside your Google Meet call and writes the sentence you say next.
What you need
- Google Chrome, with the Axelize extension installed
- A Google Meet call with captions turned on, which is the transcript source
- An Axelize workspace with at least one product defined
What happens on a call
- You open the call and turn on captions.
- You open the Axelize panel from the extension icon.
- As the buyer speaks, Axelize reads the captions and builds context.
- When the buyer raises something that needs an answer, a suggested line appears in the panel, written in your voice and ready to read aloud.
Nothing joins the meeting. No audio or video is recorded. Other participants see no indication that Axelize is running.
Before your first call
Two things make the difference between a generic suggestion and a good one:
- Define your products. What you sell, who it is for, what it does not do. Suggestions are grounded in this.
- Create the account. Add the company and the people you are meeting. Axelize researches the company from its domain automatically.
