Notice for meeting participants

What Axelize did

The person you spoke with uses Axelize, a sales assistant that runs in their browser. During the call it read the captions Google Meet displayed and kept them as a text transcript, including your name as Meet showed it. It used that transcript to suggest to them what they might say next.

What Axelize did not do

• It did not record audio or video.
• It did not join the call as a participant or bot.
• It did not create a voiceprint or any other biometric record of you.
• It did not see your screen or anything outside the Meet call.
• It stopped when the call ended.

Who holds the transcript

The person or company you met with. Axelize stores it for them, on servers in the European Union, and does not use it for anything else. It is not used to train AI models and it is not shared with other Axelize customers.

What you can ask for

You can ask the person you met with to show you the transcript, correct it or delete it. Deleting the meeting in Axelize deletes the transcript. If you would rather come to us, email [email protected], tell us who you met and roughly when, and we will pass your request on and help them act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data protection law, which our Privacy Policy describes.
