## What the analyzer measures

- Your talk share
- Questions you asked
- Longest turn
- Filler words
- Next step agreed
- Buyer objection signals

## How it works

### Paste the transcript

Use any export with lines like "Name: what was said". Meeting tools and caption downloads work.

### Say which speaker is you

The tool reads the speaker names and asks you to pick yours. Everything else is counted as the buyer.

### Read the scorecard

Six measures and up to three coaching points, each tied to a number from your own call.

## Who it is for

Sellers who want honest feedback on their own calls, and managers who want a quick read on a call without listening to the whole recording.

## Fix it during the call, not after

This tool reviews a call once it is over. Axelize works while the call is live, so the better question or answer reaches the buyer while they are still on the line.

## FAQ

### What is a sales call analyzer?

A sales call analyzer reads or listens to a sales call and reports measurable behaviours, such as how much each person spoke, how many questions were asked and whether a next step was agreed. It helps a seller or manager see patterns that are easy to miss in the moment.

### What is a good talk-to-listen ratio on a sales call?

There is no single right number. For discovery calls, a common coaching target is for the seller to speak for roughly half the time or less, so the buyer does most of the explaining. This tool shows your share so you can compare calls.

### Is my transcript uploaded or stored?

No. The analysis runs in your browser and the transcript is never sent to a server. Close the tab and it is gone.

### What format does the transcript need?

Each line should start with the speaker's name and a colon, such as "Alex: Thanks for joining." Most meeting tools export in this shape. Timestamps before the name are ignored.

### How accurate is the analysis?

The counts are exact for the text you paste. Objection signals and next steps are found by matching common phrases, so a quiet objection can be missed. Treat the result as a prompt for your own review, not a verdict.
