There is nothing to connect. Axelize does not read Gong's call library and does not write to it, so your recordings, settings and reports stay untouched.

### Install Axelize and switch captions on

Add the Chrome extension and sign in. In Google Meet, turn on captions with the CC button. Axelize reads the captions Meet already shows in your browser.

### Open the panel on your next call

Click the extension icon once the call starts. The panel opens beside the meeting and begins writing, while Gong's bot records as usual.

### Can I use Axelize and Gong together?

### Does Axelize connect to Gong?

No. The two do not share data. Axelize does not read Gong's call library, and Gong does not see what Axelize writes. Each one works from its own copy of the conversation.

### Will a second tool cause trouble in the meeting?

Axelize adds no participant and records no audio or video. It reads the captions in your own browser tab, so the buyer sees the same meeting they saw with Gong alone.

### Does Axelize work on the Zoom and Teams calls Gong records?

Not yet. Axelize works with Google Meet. Zoom and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap. Until then, use Axelize on the calls you run in Google Meet.

### Do I still need Gong if I use Axelize?
