## FAQ

### Do Fathom and Axelize conflict?

No. Fathom's notetaker is a participant in the meeting. Axelize is an extension in your own browser that reads the captions. They do not share data or depend on each other.

### Does Axelize replace Fathom's notes?

No. Axelize is scoped to sales calls and keeps a transcript and action items for each one, but it does not try to be a notetaker for every meeting. Keep Fathom for that.

### Is Axelize worth paying for if Fathom is free?

It depends on the problem. If you mainly need to remember what happened, Fathom already does it for free. If deals are slipping because of what gets said on the call, Fathom cannot help with that and Axelize can.

### Does Axelize work on the Zoom calls Fathom records?

Not yet. Axelize works with Google Meet, and Zoom and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap. Use it on your Google Meet calls for now.
